Joyful movement is an approach to exercise that focuses on moving your body in a fun way that feels good to your unique body. Can we transform your mentality with exercise from something that you “have” to do to something that you look forward to doing because it helps you feel at your best?

-Turn on your favorite song and dance!
-Find a YouTube video for a yoga sequence of your preferred style/level
-Go for a walk and explore your neighborhood
-Jump on a mini-trampoline
-Take a Zumba class
-Practice Tai Chi
-Hike a nature trail
-Stream a kick boxing video
-Work in your garden
-Play hide and seek with your kids
-Go for a bike ride
-Take an aerial silks or aerial yoga class
-Take a spin or Barre class

-Throw a frisbee in the park
-Take your pet for a walk
-Play a video game that requires movement (Everybody Dance. Wii Fit, etc.)
-Join a league of your favorite sport
