PHILOSOPHY | My Nutrition Studio truly believes that food is medicine and it is important to us to demonstrate that healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated! We teach proper nutrition without eliminating favorite nostalgic meals, explore new ingredients to maximize taste in healthier cuisine, and coach clients to provide the best nutrition foundation for goal achievement. Our approach to improving your lifestyle is fun and we strive for progress, not perfection.
JENNY HAGENDORF MS, RDN, LD
Jenny Hagendorf is a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist with experience in family medicine, eating disorder supportive care, bariatric nutrition, integrative nutrition, and culinary dietetics. She holds a Master’s in Nutritional Sciences from Texas Tech University, Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management, and Board Certification in Obesity and Weight Management. Jenny is extremely passionate about helping you shift those nutrition goals into ACTION in order to bring your body into alignment.
Jenny has served as the nutrition expert for SA Live, WOAI Radio, Kens 5, San Antonio Taste, Savor SA, UT Medicine Grand Rounds for Family Medicine, SA Local Community News, American Cancer Society, New Balance, and Haven for Hope in San Antonio, TX.
Outside of My Nutrition Studio Jenny enjoys being a mom, massive home renovation projects, escaping to west Texas, visiting gardens, and hosting dinner parties!
ANGELA ALADJEM RDN, LD
Angela is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania who relocated to San Antonio five years ago. In PA, she completed her bachelor's degree and internship in Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics at Seton Hill University. In her internship, she had the opportunity to work in many different facets of the nutrition field including clinical, food service management, and community education. She has completed a Certificate of Training program in Adult Weight Management, and currently contributes a monthly column to Fitcitysa.com. Angela also teaches pilates and group exercise classes. This way, she can help people through diet and exercise to achieve the greatest health that they can.
Angela enjoys working within her local community promoting healthy lifestyle choices. She is interested in weight management, food allergies, gut health, pre and post natal nutrition, athletes, and healthy family meal planning. In her spare time, Angela enjoys being a mom, taking exercise classes, and experimenting with new recipes.
JENNIFER WIBLE RDN, LD
Jennifer serves as My Nutrition Studio's virtual dietitian. She has a Bachelor's in nutrition from Appalachian State University in the mountains of North Carolina and completed her Dietetic Internship at Texas State University.
With additional experience as a birth doula, Jennifer loves supporting families through conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. She and her husband recently had their first child and they are loving getting to introduce him to his first foods!
Jennifer currently lives in Austin where she enjoys spending her weekend hiking and swimming the Barton Creek greenbelt and trying new restaurants.
RACHEL MILLER, RDN, LD
Rachel recently moved from the Washington, DC area where she worked as a pediatric dietitian. She has a bachelor’s in nutrition and dietetics from Penn State University and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Maryland College Park with a focus in nutrition informatics.
Rachel’s experience includes, but is not limited to, weight management, bariatric surgery, IBS/IBD, diabetes, and sports nutrition. Rachel believes in adaptive nutrition. She aims to help individuals find confidence in making the best food choices that align with their personal goals.
Rachel currently lives in San Antonio, where she is a basketball coach and fitness enthusiast. When she is not on the court you can find her testing recipes or outdoors spending time with her friends and family.
