How did you get into nutrition?
I've always loved cooking and food. Nutrition peaked my interest in college after many years of struggling with my own body image and navigating my health as an athlete. When I discovered that I could make nutrition into a career, I knew I had to help others find joy and appreciation in the power of nutrition, just as I did.
How would you describe your counseling style?
My counseling style is client-centered, body positive and empowering.
