How did you get into nutrition?
How did you get into nutrition?
I became interested in nutrition after experiencing some of my own health concerns in high school. Through that process, I saw firsthand how powerful nutrition can be in improving how you feel and function every day. That experience sparked my passion for helping others use food as a tool to support their health and well-being.

How would you describe your counseling style?
My counseling style is very consultative and personalized. I like to take the time to understand not only which foods may work best for you, but also the psychology behind your eating habits. Together we explore questions like when, why, and how you decide what to eat so we can build sustainable habits that truly fit your life.
