How did you get into nutrition?
In high school, I dealt with my own health challenges that required dietary changes. I was shocked by how drastically nutrition changed the way I felt and was inspired to help other people improve their health.
How would you describe your counseling style?
All of my sessions are very individualized. I start by assessing where each client is with their concerns and current health routine. We create goals together, and coach you through any road blocks. My counseling style is very supportive and empowering, I aim to help my clients feel confident that they can trust themselves to make good health choices.
