SPECIALITIES include weight management, bariatric surgery, neonatal and infant nutrition, pediatric nutrition, and enteral feedings Amber Oberlin is a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist with experience in neonatal and infant nutrition, pediatric nutrition, bariatric nutrition, cardiovascular nutrition, menopause, and tube feeding (enteral) nutrition. She holds a Master’s of Nutrition from East Carolina University, Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management, and is a Board Certified Nutrition Support Clinician. Amber also teaches a variety of nutrition and dietetics classes across the lifecycle as an adjunct professor. Amber’s passion is to make nutrition approachable to all. |
Amber is a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom 2003 and currently resides in San Antonio. In her spare time Amber loves to run, read, hunt, and watch movies with her children.
How did you get into nutrition?
Nutrition has always interested me. Seeing how nutrition improved health and performance during my time as a soldier was what inspired me to become a Dietitian.
How would you describe your counseling style?
My counseling style is to meet the client where they are currently, provide individualized support, and focus on realistic goals.
