We offer our membership program as an option for patients who are not covered by insurance, out of covered insurance sessions, or who do not wish to use their insurance policies. Membership sessions are entirely paid for by your monthly dues, and there will be no claims to submit to insurance.
✔️ The Essentials Plan
- Best for clients with existing recent lab work for review (within 6 months)
- One-on-one nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian (1 hour initial assessment and 30-45 minute monthly follow up sessions). We explore areas of concern, set your nutritional goals and formulate a plan to help you achieve those goals. We recognize that each individual is unique and requires personalized nutritional therapy and coaching. We strive to identify factors such as medical history, genetics, food preference/ intolerance, and lifestyle to achieve a dietary regimen that is most effective for you.
- Walk away with personalized goals designed to meet your health and wellness needs including nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement plan

- Cancel your plan at anytime
$120 for the Initial Assessment + $65 per month
✔️ Additional Support & Accountability
- An additional follow up can be added per month at $60 per month.
